Trend #1: Continuous re-alignment
The IT roadmap undergoes constant scrutiny. C-suite leaders realign efforts with the priorities of each function in the business. Such continuous realignment is essential to navigate internal and external challenges.
Trend #2: Engagement at all levels
Many IT ERP professionals are focusing more than ever on the adoption of existing solutions rather than chasing the next new tools and gadgets. The engagement of everyone involved (Leaders, SMEs, Users, and third-party partners) is critical to get the expected yields by using the technology we have in place, maybe enhancing it to be more efficient if the ROI makes sense.
Trend #3: Empowerment brings more democracy to your business
To minimize resistance to change, to increase the chances of a good adoption of the new process, empowering users and SMEs through training is crucial for the successful implementation of any IT solution. Consultants are reminded that the end user is the customer at the end of the day. The end users want to do more analytics and less data entry in the systems so that they can feel growth in their career paths. About me
I hold a master's degree in finance and have amassed two decades of experience in IT, specializing in finance and accounting applications. My career has spanned across Europe and the United States, beginning as a consultant with Accenture and IBM, before transitioning into the manufacturing and life sciences sectors, specifically Pharma/Biotech. I recently took the entrepreneurial leap to become an independent consultant; I created my first LLC: ERP Tuner.
My mission is to assist progressive businesses in crossing the finish line with low hanging fruits initiatives and enhancements, or with their critical IT ERP digital transformation projects. I am committed to delivering these projects on time, within budget, and ensuring they are successfully adopted. My expertise includes team management and direct functional experience across all finance departments.
